As a lead developer at Sabio I continue to partake in my Senior duties as well as oversee the management of the UK development team. This includes resource allocation, direct communication with PM / PMOs both internally and externally and resource planning for upcoming projects. Sabio use Salesforce / Financial Force as CRM, alongside PowerBI to monitor billable utilization. My role also has me presenting directly to board members and cascading information down to the development team. I currently oversea developers based in London, Glasgow, Bristol, Manchester and fully remote developers. I also have 4 internation members in the UK PS team based in Spain, Belarus and Ukraine.

As a senior software engineer at Sabio my role requires me to lead on external facing projects and manage the Sabio team assigned, this is usually one to two developers, an UX / Chatbot Analyst and a tester. It is my responsibility to work with the scrum master to correctly identify and allocate tickets, as well as a degree of solution architecture. In this role I will also take the role as an extra developer when required. My recent projects have had me working on AWS Connect / Lex for an ISP, Avaya CPaaS amd Dialogflow CX for an Pensions Provider and Twilio with Dialogflow ES for an US utility cover provider. My role will often involve an element of IaC or manual provisioning of cloud stacks.

I was brought into Dvelp to help the transition away from being a pure Ruby house into a multi skilled development house. My main skills being in Typescript / Express and API development with the openapi spec (formally swagger). I worked on producing a demo of CCAI for Google in this time.
